So for health reasons, I am temporarily going gluten-free (about 3 weeks). I’ve actually already been doing it for about a week now but just doing it for a week has shown me how hard it is sometimes to find info on whether or not something is gluten-free! The experience so far has revealed to me that whether or not I stick with the gluten-free lifestyle, I am going to start posting if a recipe is gluten-free, and if its it not, I will suggest substitutions! Hope this helps out all of my readers who don’t eat gluten! :)
